CBI team reached Mumbai for investigation
4 investigating agency officials arrived in Mumbai
The CBI team has reached Mumbai to investigate the Sushant Singh Rajput case. 4 officers of the investigating agency have reached Mumbai. At the same time, the other team will reach Mumbai late at night. At the same time, Mumbai Police Commissioner Parambir Singh has said that we will cooperate in the investigation. Parambir Singh also met Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh today.
The CBI team that reached Mumbai will not have a quarantine. The CBI team had demanded exemption from Quarantine, which was accepted by BMC. The CBI will take pictures of crime scenes from Mumbai Police here. The CBI's SIT team will seek the help of the technology, forensics and coordination unit (TFC) for the investigation. A crime scene will be created again at Sushant's house. The CBI will investigate the case on the basis of the FIR (FIR) which the Bihar Police has registered.
CBI's SIT is headed by Manoj Shashidhar, Joint Director of CBI. Apart from them, Gagandeep Gambhir, SP Nupur Prasad and Additional SP Anil Yadav are part of this team. All these will investigate the Sushant Singh Rajput case.

Earlier, the SIT met at the CBI headquarters in Delhi. Aaj Tak has received special information about the CBI meeting. Firstly, the facts related to the possibility of murder, chance-a-crime investigation and chance-a-crime will be investigated forensic.

Bihar Police's investigation will be based on FIR
The CBI's investigation will be based on the FIR of Bihar Police. Sushant's father KK Singh had filed a case of abetment to suicide, cheating and conspiracy. Sections 341, 348, 380, 406, 420, 306 and 120B of the IPC are included in that FIR.

Complete a part of the investigation
A part of the investigation in Sushant Singh Rajput case is almost complete. The statements of several people have been recorded by the investigating agency. These include statements related to the finance of Sushant. Apart from this, the CBI has also recorded statements regarding the charges against the main accused Riya Chakraborty.
